  Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations  

Before returning any portraits, please email us at info@gedolimportraits.com for instructions and a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.

Any completely undamaged portraits may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The portraits must be in perfect condition, with no wrinkles, creases, bends, dents, or mis-shapen corners. 

Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any shipping charges.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you.  Once we received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus our actual shipping costs.

To exchange an order, the portraits must be in perfect condition, as described above. Email us at info@gedolimportraits.com, with your order number, for detailed instructions. On exchanges, the customers pays the shipping costs to return the items to us, and we will ship out the new portraits with no additional shipping fees.

Important: The customer is responsible for portraits that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the portraits. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, but these services can be purchased for a nominal fee.
